1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the premises of Express Pro Car Wash, using any of our vehicle washing or detailing services, enrolling in a membership plan, or otherwise engaging with our business, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Express Pro Car Wash.

2. Services Provided

Express Pro Car Wash provides exterior and interior vehicle washing, detailing, and membership-based unlimited wash services at our designated facility locations. All services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time at our discretion.

Express Pro Car Wash reserves the right to decline service to any vehicle that, in our judgment, presents a safety risk, is in a state of disrepair that may damage our equipment, or otherwise does not meet our service requirements. Services may also be delayed or temporarily suspended due to equipment maintenance, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. No penalty or liability will attach to Express Pro Car Wash for any such delay or suspension.

3. Membership Plans

Express Pro Car Wash offers monthly membership plans subject to the following terms:

  • Non-Transferability: Memberships are non-transferable and are tied exclusively to the specific vehicle registered at the time of enrollment, identified by license plate number.
  • One Vehicle Per Membership: Each membership plan covers one (1) vehicle only. Use of a membership for any vehicle other than the registered vehicle is prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
  • Auto-Renewal: Memberships are automatically renewed on a monthly basis. By enrolling, you authorize Express Pro Car Wash to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle until the membership is cancelled.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your membership by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to your next billing date, either in person at our facility or by contacting us at info@expressprocarwash.com. Cancellations submitted with less than 30 days’ notice may result in one final billing cycle charge.
  • Membership Holds: Membership holds or pauses are not guaranteed and are offered at the sole discretion of Express Pro Car Wash management.

4. Payment & Billing

  • All prices for services and membership plans are subject to change. Express Pro Car Wash will provide reasonable notice of any pricing changes prior to their effective date.
  • Membership fees are billed monthly to the payment method on file on or around the membership anniversary date.
  • It is the Customer’s responsibility to maintain a valid and current payment method on file. Express Pro Car Wash is not responsible for service interruptions resulting from failed or declined payments.
  • No Refunds for Partial Months: Membership fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access to your membership benefits through the end of the paid period, after which the membership will not renew.
  • Express Pro Car Wash accepts payment methods as posted at the point of sale. All transactions are final once processed.

5. Vehicle Liability

Customers bring their vehicles to Express Pro Car Wash at their own risk, subject to the following terms:

  • Express Pro Car Wash is not liable for pre-existing damage to any vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint chips, rust, cracked glass, loose trim, or deteriorated surfaces.
  • Express Pro Car Wash is not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal items, aftermarket accessories, antennas, spoilers, bike racks, running boards, or any other attachments left in or on the vehicle during the wash process. Customers are strongly encouraged to remove all loose or aftermarket items before using our services.
  • Any claim for damage allegedly caused during the wash process must be reported to an Express Pro Car Wash attendant or manager immediately upon completion of service, before the vehicle leaves the premises. Damage claims reported after the vehicle has left the premises may not be honored, as we cannot verify the cause of such damage.
  • All damage claims are subject to review and investigation by Express Pro Car Wash management. Acceptance of a claim is at the sole discretion of Express Pro Car Wash.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By using the services of Express Pro Car Wash, you agree to the following customer responsibilities:

  • Follow all posted signage and the instructions of Express Pro Car Wash attendants at all times while on the premises.
  • Do not leave pets unattended in vehicles during any wash service. Express Pro Car Wash is not responsible for animals left in vehicles and will not be liable for any injury, distress, or escape of pets during the wash process.
  • Remove all loose items from the exterior of the vehicle (including cargo, equipment, and accessories) and secure or remove loose items from the interior that may be damaged by the wash process.
  • Close all windows, sunroofs, and vents prior to entering the wash tunnel.
  • Notify an attendant of any known damage, loose trim, or structural concerns with your vehicle before service begins.

7. Prohibited Uses

The following uses of Express Pro Car Wash services are strictly prohibited:

  • Use of any membership plan on a vehicle other than the registered vehicle.
  • Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring membership access or wash codes to any third party.
  • Use of services for commercial resale, including operating a third-party detailing or washing business using our facilities without express written authorization from Express Pro Car Wash management.
  • Tampering with or misusing any wash equipment, software, or payment systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Express Pro Car Wash to any Customer for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall be limited to the amount actually paid by that Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Express Pro Car Wash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our services, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether Express Pro Car Wash was advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Express Pro Car Wash, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms & Conditions; (c) your misuse of any membership plan; or (d) any damage, injury, or loss caused by your vehicle, your actions, or the actions of any individual accompanying you on our premises.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located within the State of Georgia, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Changes to Terms

Express Pro Car Wash reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any material changes will be reflected in an updated effective date and may be communicated through available channels. Your continued use of our services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
